1. Who we are
TrendRadar (“we”, “us”) operates treendradar.com and offers AI-powered content tools (CV Builder, Headshot generator, K-Beauty consultant Hanvi) and a real-time trends platform. Our registered contact is the email address listed on our /contact page.
2. What data we collect
- Account data: email address (when you subscribe or take the quiz)
- Payment data: processed by Stripe — we never store your card details. We retain transaction IDs only.
- Content you submit: form fields you fill in (CV details, quiz answers, chat messages). Used only to generate the requested output.
- Usage data: standard server logs (IP, user-agent, timestamps) — kept 30 days.
- For Headshot product: selfies you upload. Used only to fine-tune the AI model for your generation, deleted within 30 days of delivery.
3. Why we collect it (legal basis)
- Contract performance: to deliver the product you paid for.
- Legitimate interest: to detect fraud, monitor service health, improve quality.
- Consent: only for marketing emails (opt-in via the /pricing form).
4. Saudi PDPL & GDPR compliance
You have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it, port it, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email the contact address. We respond within 30 days.
Data is stored on Hostinger (EU-based servers) and Supabase (US-based, encrypted at rest). For Saudi residents, data flows are governed by Article 29 of the Saudi PDPL — international transfers occur only when needed for service delivery and only to providers with adequate safeguards.
5. AI processing
Your submitted content is sent to Google Gemini (and optionally Anthropic Claude) for AI generation. Both providers have their own privacy policies. We do not use your content to train any model.
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies (session, security). No tracking cookies, no third-party advertising trackers, no fingerprinting.
7. Children
Our services are not directed at users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Hanvi disclaimer (medical, important)
Hanvi is an AI K-Beauty concierge — not a doctor, not a medical service. Hanvi never diagnoses, prescribes, or replaces dermatologist advice. For any medical condition (acne, eczema, dermatitis, allergies), consult a licensed physician.

9. Updates
We post any policy changes on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes are emailed to subscribers.
