One-time products (CV, Headshot)
CV Builder (29 SAR): Refund within 24 hours if the AI output is unusable. Email us with the issue + your session ID.
Headshot Saudi (49 SAR): Full refund if face training fails (we detect this within 5 minutes — refund automatic). Partial refund if image quality is below acceptable. No refund after you’ve downloaded the zip and 48 hours have passed.
Subscriptions (49/99/199/499 SAR/month)
Cancel anytime via your Stripe portal — you keep access until end of billing period. No partial refunds for unused days. We’ll consider exceptions for major service outages.

Saudi consumer protection
This policy complies with Saudi Consumer Protection Law (Royal Decree No. M/24, 1437 AH). Your statutory rights are not affected.
