1. Acceptance
By using treendradar.com, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
2. The service
TrendRadar provides AI-powered tools (CV Builder, Headshot generator, K-Beauty concierge Hanvi) and a real-time trends platform. The service is provided “as is” — no warranty of fitness for any particular job application or beauty outcome.
3. Subscriptions (Trends platform)
Pricing tiers (49/99/199/499 SAR/month) renew automatically every 30 days until cancelled. Cancel anytime via your Stripe customer portal. No questions asked.
Saudi VAT (15%) is included in displayed prices for Saudi residents.
4. One-time purchases (CV, Headshot)
CV Builder (29 SAR): you receive your generated CV immediately after payment. Refund available within 24 hours if the AI output fails to meet basic quality standards.
Headshot Saudi (49 SAR): you receive 30 generated images within 30 minutes. Refund available if face training fails (we’ll know within 5 minutes).
5. Affiliate disclosure (Hanvi)
Hanvi recommends products via affiliate links to Noon, iHerb, and Amazon Saudi. We earn a small commission when you purchase through these links — at no extra cost to you. This does not influence which products we recommend.
6. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Submit content that infringes intellectual property
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI prompts or scrape our trends database
- Resell our service without permission
7. Account termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We’ll always email you first unless the violation is severe (fraud, abuse, illegal content).
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for: lost profits, missed job opportunities (CV), beauty outcomes (Hanvi), or trend predictions that don’t materialize.
9. Hanvi medical disclaimer (BINDING)
Hanvi is NOT a doctor, NOT a clinic, NOT a medical service. Hanvi NEVER diagnoses, prescribes, or replaces a licensed dermatologist. For any medical concern, consult a physician.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Saudi courts.
